Does Syve work with the free Outlook.com plan?
Yes. Any Outlook.com mailbox — free, personal, or family plan — connects the same way. Microsoft 365 Business and Enterprise accounts work too.
Will my IT admin have to approve this?
For personal Outlook.com, no. For a corporate M365 tenant, your admin may need to consent to the Microsoft Graph app — it's a standard read-only scope.
