Syve started from a small, annoying observation: the emails and meetings that move a quarter are almost never the loudest. Sender-based inboxes reward whoever pinged last; the customer whose renewal you promised to close sits three screens down. We built the assistant we wanted for ourselves — one that reads the plan you actually wrote and ranks the day against it.
Why we're building it
Every executive tool we tried was fast at the wrong thing. Faster triage, faster keyboard shortcuts, faster summaries. None of them knew what the quarter was about. So the same problem — inbox drifting out of sync with strategy — kept coming back, just at a higher wpm.
The fix was smaller than it sounds. Give an assistant one document — the plan you already wrote — and every ranking that follows can cite the goal it advances. That single primitive is what makes a briefing worth reading, a meeting audit worth running, and a weekly recap worth showing your board.
The team
Previously an operator across strategy, product, and finance roles. Built Syve after one too many Sunday nights spent rebuilding a week that should have been ranked correctly on Monday morning.
