Why Copilot doesn't know your strategy (and how to fix that)

Copilot is a genuinely good draft engine. It reads a thread, produces a competent reply, and saves a real amount of typing. What it does not do — and is not designed to do — is know what your quarter is about.

That single gap is why Copilot cannot rank your inbox against a plan. It can tell you what a thread says. It cannot tell you whether the thread deserves your morning.

Strategy-aware ranking does not need a bigger model. It needs a small piece of context the model does not otherwise have: the goals you actually care about, written down, in one place. Upload that document once and every ranking that follows can cite the goal it advances.
